Solid Stream
Precision-drilled single-orifice nozzles that deliver a coherent, high-velocity stream. Engineered for cutting, cleaning, and long-throw applications where impact force matters more than coverage.
Full Cone
Vane-driven full cone nozzles producing a round or square spray pattern with even droplet distribution across the entire impact area. Built for cooling, dust suppression, and gas scrubbing.
Flat Fan
Tapered-edge flat fan nozzles engineered for uniform overlap on moving belts and lines. The elliptical orifice delivers a clean, sharp spray edge with consistent flow across the pattern.
Ceramic Spray Nozzle
Solid stream ceramic spray nozzle (SSC) built with a wear-resistant ceramic orifice housed in a stainless body. Engineered for abrasive fluids and high-duty cycles where standard stainless orifices erode quickly — delivering a stable, coherent jet over dramatically longer service intervals.
BMG-NGX5000 Spray Gun
High-pressure industrial spray gun rated to 5,000 PSI and 10 GPM at temperatures up to 300°F. Brass valve body, reinforced nylon composite handle, and a glove-ready ergonomic grip with integrated trigger lock and guard. Multi-tip ready for standard quick-connect nozzle tips and lances.
BF8024 Thin-Disc Flat Spray
Thin-disc flat spray nozzle designed to sit flush with the header pipe wall — no projection beyond the pipe ID. Self-aligning replaceable disc for commercial shower-bar systems, most commonly used in pulp and paper. Minimum recommended pipe size is 1" schedule 80; optimum thread engagement on 1-1/4" schedule 80 and larger.
