Description

Solid stream spray nozzles are designed for use in spray headers and manifolds, delivering a fan-shaped spray with tapered edges to ensure uniform coverage when multiple nozzles are arranged in sequence. Options include a solid stream (0° spray angle) for maximum impact, making it the most forceful nozzle type available.

These nozzles provide reliable performance across the industry’s widest range of flow rates and pressures.  All nozzles are passivated to improve corrosion resistance.

 Flow

As liquid passes through the precisely cut V-shaped orifice, it forms a flat spray pattern. The spray distribution tapers outward from the center, ensuring consistent and controlled coverage.
